The Pedagogical Accompaniment is a strategy of in-service training located in the school, directed to the classroom teacher to strengthen their pedagogical competencies in an individualized way and to improve their classroom performance, whose purpose is to promote the professional development of the classroom teacher through orientation actions And counseling supported over time, which is complemented by training strategies and collaborative integration.The Pedagogical Accompaniment is developed considering the following approaches:Critical Reflective: It implies that the teacher affirms his professional identity, reflecting in and from his social practice to ensure the learning of his students.Inclusive: It involves reducing barriers to learning and participation in response to the diversity of needs of all students
