Karina Garza is a Mexican entrepreneur who created OT'ILE, a company that produces leather products with the help of women labor. Our creator began by forming her team in the hands of Mexican women, who wanted to create better opportunities for themselves. At OT'ILE there's always a high preference for women when choosing workers. By doing so, the company empowers them through the salary they receive and, therefore, provide them with some power in their households. Nowadays, Mexican women usually do not have those advantages, and once having they have them, they acquire endless opportunities that would benefit their lives.
