GROW Mexico is an innovative non formal educational program, designed for teenagers between 14 to 19 years where we motivate them to learn by experimenting and practicing in a friendly and multicultural context where we inculcate the authenticity to discover their values ​​through self-knowledge. They are able to discover their strengths, acquiring the courage to be themselves and develop without realizing it. It is structured under the methodology "Practice, Learn, Step Up", created by experts in education and teenager psychology. Through this program all Mexican adolescents have the opportunity to increase their security and self-esteem, which are the basis to activate their potential and be prepared for life, both personal and professional. We create authentic young people with a stronger character to become responsible adults who positively impact the community that surrounds them.
